We afford our repeat clients the ability to pay after service is rendered. Cyndee's schedule is usually full a few weeks out and she reserves 3 hour segments for each guest, no matter what the length of their facial. Therefore, we ask that first-time clients pay is advance. Full refunds will be given if a client cannot make it and cancels within 24 hours. 50% will be returned if a client cancels after the 24 hours mark. 

Please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full session. You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled services. A Credit Card Number is required to reserve any appointments. 

 Receive 25% OFF when you refer a client within your first 30 days of membership. After 30 days receive a complimentary 30 minute upgrade for each additional member enrolled due to your referral. Ask at the desk about what membership might be right for you.

We take all major forms of credit cards. However, checks are not accepted unless you have been a client for over 90 days and pre-authorized. 

In order to keep a tranquil environment for all, cell phones should be put on silent, and visitors should take or make phone calls outside the premises in our outdoor lounge. No photos or video recordings are allowed within the premises. Violations of these policies can result in a refusal of services. 

We kindly ask that you do not bring children under 18 to the spa, as we do not have the extra staff to supervise and we wish to be fair to all who frequent or facility for tranquil adult repose. 

Although we all hope that our clients are above reproach, due to the need to remove jewelry for many of our services, we strongly recommend you leave valuables at home. The Spa cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

For skincare products that cause allergic reaction, the product may be returned within 21 days of purchase.

As is standard within the industry, a session time period includes consultation time, dressing, undressing and any final questions. For example, standard "hands on" time for a 60-minute massage or facial is 50 minutes.
